Most items on our website are in-stock and you'll receive them around 7 days after personalization. However, if you have a rush request we're happy to meet your deadline. Kindly, call us right away with any special requests.
If the item you purchased has not been personalized, then we will accept a return within 30 days and issue a full refund minus this shipping cost. If your item has been personalized we cannot accept the return.
We handmake every item we sell at Luvona, so the great news is that we can custom alter all items. There may be additional fees to do so, but we can certainly custom make something for you. Call us, email, or use the web chat to find out more.
If your ring, bracelet, or necklace doesn't fit Luvona will make alterations for you free of charge. Contact us for shipping instructions and we'll explain the process. You can also go to our policies page for more details.
